It’s a gift to do the “affirming and unearthing” personal branding work with clients. We talk about their core values, strengths, and passions. In the interviewing process we anchor these unique elements with life stories. Today a client distinctly shared the impact her father had on her nightly at the family dinner table. It was there he led to inspire. And she continued to identify this experience as the source of her current path. Beautiful.
We know the phrase “lead by example”. That’s a good way to go, however, it can put you in the role of teacher and in someway it can distance you from the “participant”. But leading to inspire - you/one has to be connected to it to connect to another. Subtle but powerful distinction to witness.
