One of our projects was featured in Seattle Magazine! We loved working with the homeowners to bring this 1906 craftsman into the 21st century by upgrading the kitchen, completely gutting the master suite, adding solar panels, and a roof deck accessed by a custom spiral metal stair.

Believe it or not there is sunshine in Seattle! Great to see progress on our Roosevelt project. The homeowners can’t wait to catch some rays on the roof deck in the summer!

Our Redmond project is wrapping up! Owners are in and love it. Landscaping to come as the weather improves. So great to see our clients living in their dream home. We will be photographing this project professionally soon, but for now enjoy these snaps from our last site visit.

The cool neutrals of white quartz with stainless steel fixtures and appliances set a foil for the veiny limestone backsplash and walnut cabinets in our Queen Anne condo remodel. This unique kitchen design wraps the corner and continues into what once was circulation space, doubling the functional prep and storage area.

The completely transformed kitchen in our Queen Anne remodel project. By opening up the floor plan, warm evening light stretches deep into the home. Walnut cabinets, a stainless steel backsplash and a quartz countertop that cantilevers out into bar seating make this a great place to cook and socialize.

Summer sunlight pouring into this major remodel in Ravenna. We had a blast working with the homeowners to bring this 1962 split level in to the 21st century. By opening up the connection between the entry, kitchen, living and dining rooms the entire space feels airy and flows. Modern materials like large format tiles, soap stone counters, and a minimalist approach to casework help the refined contemporary feel the homeowners were seeking.
