The weather is perfect this year, because a snow at a boat show usually turns into snowball fights between salespeople.

The State of Oregon uses boat registration fees to pay for facilities, marine law enforcement, boater education and aquatic invasive species decontamination.

Washington's fees go to the general fund.

A luxury tax that'll reduce taxable sales to near-zero makes no sense. Except for neigboring states and countries. Please, expect better from your representatives, even in Washington State.
