They will be loud, or they will be quiet. But most importantly to them…. THEY WILL BE HEARD! If I sound a bit over the top dramatic about this, it’s because I've been there. I've made the 10 or 20 phone calls trying to reach a disgruntled customer, only to never have my calls returned. I've had associates who've been bullied online because a transaction didn't go as planned and the customer wanted utter retribution! It goes on and on. What about you?
