“reach” is to inspire and ignite the mind. G Dean Brisky loved words and lyrics before school age. His
musical undertakings began as a pianist while in high school
looking for an easy "A" to compliment his GPA for graduation. Continuing to 15 years as a
vocal protege’ of Maestro Davie Kyle,
Brisky has matured artistically to include Screenwriting, Vocal
Coaching, Piano instruction, and Film Production. Brisky’s recent
Studies at Berklee College of Music have added yet another

I am a “Story Teller” working in several mediums with an ever maturing focus of becoming an Orchestra Conductor. Picture me with one hand on a baton, while composing film score. My management style was given to me by Maestro David
Kyle, protege’ of Arthur Fiedler, both Conductors. Maestro could be heard saying, “anyone can teach or conduct music, I remove roadblocks to genius”. Why am I an Artist? How could I not be? It is how I must live. Art is equivalent to exhaling. It must happen. I love to entertain via delivery of art. My art is an expression beyond that political grind that divides, reaching an elevation of cultural joy. My Art is a deliberate rebellion daring to providing joy while ignoring
the turmoil in the world. While I thrive on obscurity, giving up obscurity is not a risk. I will simply do what I must do. My hope of inspiring someone take up their life in art reigns supreme. I am currently working on musical pieces of Ragtime from my hero Eubie Blake. Taking the beautiful works apart and honoring them with a respectful new look. I enjoy me. I hope you do too.
