I invite you to listen to this soulful, wise and calming reflection from one of my beloved spiritual mentors, Caroline Myss on our world’s opportunity to start over. What resonates most with you based on where you are in your life and what this transition means to you?

For me, it’s Caroline’s sentiments about walking El Camino and discovering how it is a “tunnel of grace” and everyone being on their own path AND yet they were walking the same way in the direction towards something greater than themselves that governs our life - The Divine. This pandemic has cleared a path for us to start over. To tap into something greater than ourselves - beyond our egos. Beyond our agendas. Beyond our busyness. Beyond.... We are called to look after and care for each other to co-create a more humane and equitable world. Thank you, Caroline Myss, for the reflection, perspective and hope for our world.

I enjoyed watching this informative video and demonstration of "The Pyramid and the Pool: Why Things Are Better Than They Seem" from Coach and Bestselling Author, Martha Beck. She offers an uplifting way to look at the world's current transformation as a shift from "Pyramid" structures of power to more equitable "Pools" of collective power-sharing. It's very in line with what I'm noticing as a Conversational Intelligence & Leadership Circle Coach working with leaders and teams to communicate in ways that unleash the best in everyone for more collective innovation and growth, which results in a tremendously satisfying shared success.
