Busy August at McNamara Signs!

We’ve had a little bit of everything coming through the shop lately—wall murals, dimensional lettering, window graphics, directories, exterior signs, custom fabricated pieces and plenty of projects that don’t fit neatly into any one category.

Our new CNC router is installed, dialed in and already fitting right into the workflow, cranking out signs alongside the rest of the equipment we’ve accumulated over the years.

One of the things we like most about this business is that no two days—or two projects—are quite the same. One day we’re covering an entire wall, the next we’re cutting dimensional letters, printing window graphics, building a directory or figuring out how to make something we’ve never made before.

Design it. Print it. Cut it. Route it. Paint it. Build it. Install it. Chances are, we can make it.

Today I unplugged my router, and moved it out of the way for the new CNC. Bittersweet - Our first big machine purchase over 30 years ago. She has been a workhorse, and I can't count the number of hours spent creating on this machine. Thousands upon thousands of signs and dimensional letters. Goodbye Ge**er Sabre 408, thanks for the memories.

We’ve been busy.

Most of what you see here is produced in-house, which gives us the flexibility to move fast and dial things in the way they should be.
