Fish & chips still taking the lead everyday as our #1 selling menu item (gluten-free available). We use the absolute best wild Alaska true cod on the market . This cod is humanely harvested from deep trenches in the Bering sea, filleted and frozen within hours of being caught. We use non-gmo rice bran oil in our fryers, and after the day we utilize the used cooking oil for our company vehicle - VW Jetta BIOTDI which has a veggie oil conversion kit from .
