Yesterday I met the most amazing women. Sisters, they have come from Africa to the US to create body care products using Shea Butter processed by women-owned co-operatives. These two women are passionate about creating economic opportunites for poor women, and modeling entrepreneurship for African women. I was humbled and honored to meet these two amazing women.

Got to do some sales training on Friday. It was fun to work with the Customer Service team to help them understand how to qualify prospects. We talked about finding the need and want, and also what the prospect fears. I love working with small teams and getting them the tools and resources they need to act like big teams!

The Northwest Genealogy Conference came to a close today. It was so fun managing their marketing and social media. I got to meet amazing genealogist and some rock stars like Judy Russell, CeCe Moore and Angela Packer McGhie. The 400 or so participants had a great time and I feel fortunate to have been a part of it all.

I hope there will be a 3rd genealogy conference here in the Pacific Northwest. We can really rock it.

I'm sad to see the end of a great working relationship with the folks Stillaguamish Valley Genealogical Society. They really put their heart into the event and it shows. I hope we get to work together again.
