We just sent a detailed letter outlining several areas of concern for proposed "routine maintenance" to the Seattle's Bicycle Parking Code by the Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections.

Most concerning is the proposed elimination of bike parking from affordable housing developments. People who live in affordable housing need affordable transportation the most. It's a critical matter of economic and social mobility.
