My clients are not generally hoarders, because hoarders don't think they have a problem, at all. My clients are those people frustrated with their belongings, to the point where they can't find what they want. They can't find that tool, or that memorabilia, even though they know it's there. OR, they can find it, but they can't GET TO IT.

Clearing out is part of the organization solution, but a true hoarder will never call in an organizer.
