Rider Oasis started as a marketing class project at UW to address a pain point we had noticed in society. As cyclists each Founder had experienced the traumatic event of a tube popping during a ride or not having the energy items to help us complete our trip. So we thought, hey what could have made the difference at those times-what could have changed the emotional trajectory of that trip? The epiphany happened outside of a nearby Redbox machine and we thought-what about a bike part vending machine along dense bike traffic areas-open 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Rider Oasis was born at that moment

We regard our machine as a 21st century bike part and accessories store with its wireless inventory management, phone app payment options, and super convenient hours.
