Do what you love to end what you hate. 👟

It’s Global Running day! What better way to celebrate than to run a 5k and share about my efforts to raise funds and awareness for Thrive!

I’m at it again turning miles into miracles by running for Thrive New England’s Fundraise for Freedom campaign.

I’ll be running 14 5Ks through the Back Cove Summer Series, with a personal goal of reaching 100 miles this season; all to shed light on human trafficking, child exploitation, and the work Thrive New England does to strengthen, educate, and support our community.

If you feel compelled to support here is the link!

And remember: you can fundraise too!

Look at the hobbies, events, and creative projects already in your life. Hosting a co****le tournament at your next barbecue? Turn it into a fundraiser. Crocheting cute animals for friends? Turn it into a fundraiser. Making art, baking, running, dancing, creating, gathering people together?

There are so many ways we can use what we love to make a powerful impact in the lives of others.

Do what you love. Give how you can. Help create freedom.

I’ve got to know if I can be… astonishing! ✨🎶

A little over a month after the Global Beauty Awards and I’m reminiscing and reflecting on what an honor it was to receive Best Talent 17+ and perform at this year’s ceremony.

I wanted to share my talent with you because this performance holds a deeper meaning for me, especially during Mental Health Awareness Month.

During my acceptance speech, I shared that I experience paralyzing anxiety whenever I step on stage. For me, it stretches far beyond performing. It shows up when I speak in front of a group, present a project, walk into a classroom, or even navigate ordinary social situations. It’s a culmination of CPTSD, anxiety, and other mental health challenges that can blend into one debilitating perfect storm.

As a performer, artist, and human being, it can be incredibly difficult to chase your dreams while facing these battles every time an opportunity comes your way.

To the artists young and old, performers, dreamers, and humans alike who understand these feelings and face similar or more severe battles every day: I hope you know you are not alone. Keep going. You are capable of astonishing things. ✨

What is human trafficking?

Brynn, a survivor and Program Director at Thrive New England, shares an overview of what human trafficking is and how we can better understand it.

Knowledge is power and the more we know, the safer our communities can become.

Share, reshare, or comment something you learned that you might not have known 💭

What a joy, shock, and honor to receive Best Talent at the Global Beauty Awards. I’m still beaming 🫶🏼🥹💫🦋🎶

I’ve been performing since I was a young girl; went on to earn my bachelor’s degree in theatre and currently a candidate for a masters degree in filmmaking. I’ve toured nationally, have been in over 15 productions, and have now stepped into the world of film production and distribution.

Art is who I am. But it hasn’t come without hardship.

I dedicated this honor to every performer who has faced anxiety, fear, or unseen challenges and still chose to show up for their dreams. We don’t always know what someone’s journey looks like, or feels like. And when it comes to the arts we’re taught to make almost everything look effortless. But it isn’t. Many of us have debilitating anxiety, hardships and challenges we have to constantly overcome just to stay true to who we are and follow the path we’re meant to be on. But choosing to rise despite what tries to hold us back, to keep going, to follow what calls your heart… that’s something we can all relate to.

To the dreamers and artists; keep overcoming. Keep choosing your dream because you’re worth it.

Endless thanks to my Revolutionary family, my mom, my Memere and Pepere, and everyone who has supported me along this journey. I am where I am because of your unwavering love.

This moment means more than I can put into words. I’m still so speechless. Thank you, Global Beauty Awards!

Congratulations to all the winners and nominees, what an honor. And to Revolutionary Pageants, congratulations on an astounding 55 nominations and 7 global beauty award wins! It is truly a privilege to be among you and to receive this honor.

Ending the night by sharing my love for singing and performing felt like the most beautiful close to an unforgettable weekend. It also gave me a quiet moment to pray; that I may continue to overcome my anxiety, share my joy through art, trust in my strength, and stand firmly in my truth. God has continued to show me that I can.

Soft, strong, and in full bloom. 🌹

There are moments in life that remind you you’re exactly where you’re meant to be; doing what you’re meant to do and becoming who you’re meant to be. It all aligns. It’s purposeful. Intentional.

Being nominated for the Global Beauty Awards feels like a reflection of the work, the dedication, the heart for service, and the commitment to this journey. I’m so deeply grateful and honored to be in Seattle for this year’s Award show.

See you tonight ✨

Brynn’s story 🕊️

Tonight, Thrive New England hosts their annual auction. An evening rooted in education, prevention, and community impact.

Brynn, thank you for your vulnerability, your strength, and your willingness to share your story. And to Thrive, the board of directors, and every volunteer; thank you for your heart, your love, and your unwavering vision.

She’s been cookin’ 😎

I’ve been quiet for a minute, but behind the scenes I’ve been pouring into my passion and platform A Survivor’s Purpose: A Digital Media Campaign.

I just returned home from Europe, and I can’t wait to share more about this deeply impactful journey… and everything that’s still to come. 💫

This is how quickly vulnerability becomes exploitation.

One in three runaway or homeless children are approached by a trafficker within 48 hours of leaving home.

Let that sink in.

In a moment that should be about seeking safety, too many young people are met with manipulation, exploitation, and harm.

This is why the work of organizations like Thrive New England () and the National Runaway Safeline () is not just important, it is life-changing and life-saving.

Thrive New England is working every day to educate communities, prevent exploitation, and support survivors on their path to healing. The National Runaway Safeline provides immediate, confidential support to youth in crisis, ensuring they are not alone in those critical first hours.

Awareness is where prevention begins. When we understand the reality, we can become part of the solution.

If you or someone you know needs help, support is available. You are not alone. 💙

A crown is only an accessory…

Until it rests upon the head of someone driven by passion, purpose, and the quiet determination to infuse each rhinestone with meaning beyond the sparkle that catches the eye.

A title, too, is only a label waiting to be brought to life. Waiting for the one who wears it to shape it, fill it with purpose, and leave behind something greater than themselves.

Because it is not the crown that gives power, influence, or meaning.

It is the heart, the vision and the courage of the one who wears it.

And in the end, the crown was never what made the difference.

The difference was always you. 💫
