It's Sunday night and you're already exhausted. Tomorrow hasn't even started.
That's not entrepreneurship. That's what happens when you build a business without building the systems that run it.

After careful consideration, I've made the decision to postpone the online edition of The Operational Reset: Systems Lab Experience.

The reason? This experience deserves more than a screen.

As I've continued developing the program, it has become clear that the level of interaction, collaboration, and hands-on work this workshop is designed to provide will be far more impactful in an in-person environment.

Because of that, The Operational Reset will no longer be offered in its originally planned online format. Instead, it is being redesigned as a live, in-person experience where business owners can work through operational challenges, identify bottlenecks, and leave with practical systems they can begin implementing immediately.

Nobody talks about how much money gets lost in invisible operational friction.

Not because the team is bad.
Not because people don’t care.

Because the business lives inside the founder’s head.

Every repeated explanation.
Every “quick question.”
Every task that stops when you disappear for one afternoon.
