Zoe Sameth is a bilingual (Spanish/English) coach, trainer, consultant and speaker with a Master’s degree in Experiential Education and over twenty-five years experience working locally, nationally and internationally with educators and students of all ages in colleges, schools, early childhood education and after-school programs to raise well-being, increase positive outcomes, and build strong an

d supportive groups and teams. Zoe teaches stress reduction, mindfulness, relaxation, teambuilding and communication, and other social-emotional learning topics to diverse populations both locally and internationally. She recently returned from India, where she taught these skills at a school for children of sex-trafficked women. Zoe was featured as a ¨Hometown Hero¨ by Channel 5 news for her outstanding work with Bay Area schools and organizations. government fellowship awarded to
individuals with exceptional leadership abilities. Zoe’s “Deep Relaxation” and “Calm Your Mind, Lift Your Spirit” CDs are available in both English and Spanish, and are an excellent way to continue practicing the techniques that she teaches. Current clients and recently served organizations:

Art -- making it, viewing it, drinking it in, supporting it and participating in the arts in a variety of ways and in community is so generative, necessary, transformative. I hope you'll join me for one or more of these opportunities💓
