-Must be able to drive a manual/10 speed
-PT/ FT seasonal (spring through late fall-weather dependent)

The person we are looking for is versatile, dependable, hardworking and a self-starter who needs minimal supervision. So, if you don't like being babysat or micromanaged keep reading! This position will mainly include hauling loads of boulders to customers.

Driving semi experience is a MUST and you will need a Class A license. While we will be there to direct and oversee, show you the ropes & such, you will be expected to be self-directed.

Job Requirements:
-Able to drive a 10-speed manual (end dump & side dump)
-Pass a pre-employment drug test.
-Clean driving record
-Current CDL/health card, Class A license.
-5+ years driving semi.
-Comfortable driving in the cities. This is a must. If you aren't comfortable driving in the metro/twin cities, please don't apply.
-Good Customer service.
-You must know how to safely chain down equipment on a trailer.
-Some light mechanical skills/knowledge prefered.
-Washing trucks/trailers.

We are looking to fill 1 of 2 positions!
We are a privately owned company that does, trucking, excavating, and farming.

SEMI DRIVER/LABORER or EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

SEMI DRIVER (must be able to drive a manual/10 speed) & some general labor. This is one position; you would be doing both not just driving.
PT/ FT seasonal (spring through late fall-weather dependent)
The person we are looking for is versatile, dependable, hardworking and a self-starter who needs minimal supervision. We need someone who is multi-faceted. We are growing fast and have multiple irons in the fire, so we need someone with experience for this position. We may be open to teaching a motivated individual (the farming side).

Driving semi experience is a MUST and you will need a Class A license. While we will be there to direct and oversee, show you the ropes & such, you will be expected to be self-directed. Physical demands include: lifting/physical strength, and climbing on equipment.

EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

PT/FT Seasonal (spring through late fall-weather dependent)
We are looking for someone reliable that is a self-starter and learns quickly. This position would be perfect for someone that likes to change things up, work outdoors, run equipment and work independently at times. High physical activity demands.

Duties will include- Washing equipment, light maintenance on equipment, picking rock/boulders, hauling equipment to and from locations, field work for planting and harvest. Running excavator (Willing to teach the right individual).

Job Requirements:
-18 years or older
-Valid driver’s license
-Experience driving bobcat and tractors
-Experience operating an excavator is preferred but we are willing to teach the right individual.
-Able to bend, climb, lift. This job is for someone that likes being active.

Hi all! Just a friendly reminder, while the guys are talented drivers and quite skilled at what they do, they are not magicians. They have to be concerned about their safety as well as those around them.

-Boulders are big, heavy, and they can and do roll.
-End dumps can tip when weight shifts if they're on uneven ground.
-End dumps lift higher than you think, power lines around are dangerous.
-They are driving Semi's with long trailers attached (end dump/side dump), these are not small dump trucks.

We have been doing this for years and, unfortunately, lately ran into too many instances where customers are saying a dump location is fine and it simply is not. Our guys know what is safe and unsafe for them, you & their surroundings. We do our best to clarify that we use Semi's w/ trailers, not small dump trucks. We look into dump locations prior to prevent this from happening, but lately, it has happened quite a bit.
Please help us keep this from this happening. We love our customers and appreciate all of your business, but we need to nip this. Thank you all for your understanding!
