🏀❤️ The Simple Pleasures of Life ❤️🏀

Sometimes, happiness is found in the simplest moments. 🥹❤️

One of my favorite simple pleasures is watching my youngest play basketball with other kids. Seeing him run around, laugh, learn, make friends, and enjoy being a kid reminds me how precious these little moments truly are.

As a mom, I know these days won’t last forever. One day, he’ll be all grown up, and I’ll look back and wish I could relive these little moments again.

That’s why I’m learning to slow down, be present, and appreciate the little things. It’s not always about big achievements, expensive vacations, or having everything figured out. Sometimes, it’s simply sitting on the sidelines, watching your child play, and feeling grateful that you get to be there. 🏀🥰

These are the moments that make life beautiful. ❤️

What is one simple pleasure in your life that brings you so much happiness? ✨

❤️ Day 11 of 31 Days of Gratitude: Honoring My Parents ❤️

Some of the greatest lessons we carry in life are the ones our parents taught us. ❤️

Today, I’m especially grateful for my parents and the values they instilled in me. They taught me many things, but one lesson that has stayed with me through the years is the importance of being present and hands-on in my children’s education.

Now that I’m a mom myself, I understand even more how meaningful that lesson is. No matter how busy life gets, how demanding work can be, or how much my children grow, I always want to be there for them—to guide them, help them with their schoolwork, encourage them when things get difficult, and celebrate every little achievement along the way.

And I’ve learned that being present doesn’t stop when our children get older. They may become more independent, but they will always need our love, guidance, encouragement, and support in different ways.

Looking back, I realize that my parents weren’t just teaching me how to raise children. They were showing me the kind of parent I wanted to become. 🥹❤️

Today, I honor my parents by carrying their lessons forward and passing them on to my own children. What a beautiful blessing it is to turn the love and wisdom we received into something our children can carry with them for a lifetime.

🙏 Day 11 Reflection: What lesson from your parents are you most grateful for, and how are you passing it on to your children?

🙏💜 DAY 10 OF MY 31 DAYS OF GRATITUDE CHALLENGE 🩵

Sometimes, the most beautiful moments in life are the simplest ones. ❤️

Today, one thing I’m truly grateful for is being able to go to church as a family. 🙏

In the middle of our busy schedules, work, school, and all the responsibilities we carry, having that time to worship God together means so much to me.

It reminds me that life isn’t just about achieving goals, working hard, or building a better future. It’s also about nurturing our faith, creating meaningful memories, and spending precious time with the people God has blessed us with. ❤️

As a mom and a wife, one of my greatest blessings is being able to share my faith with my family and watch us grow together, not just in life, but spiritually, too.

Today, I’m reminded that true blessings aren’t always big or extraordinary. Sometimes, they’re found in the simple moments we get to share with the people we love. 🥰

✨ Day 10 Reflection: What is one beautiful thing you noticed today that you’re grateful for?

Share yours in the comments! Let’s inspire one another to appreciate the blessings we sometimes take for granted. 💜🩵

🍂 DAY 9 OF MY 31 DAYS OF GRATITUDE CHALLENGE: THE SMELL OF FALL 🍁❤️

There’s something about fall that makes me want to slow down, take a deep breath, and appreciate the little things in life. 🍂🥰

I love how the air gets cooler, the leaves turn into beautiful shades of orange, red, and yellow, and spending time outside becomes even more enjoyable. The crisp air, the peaceful surroundings, and the beauty of nature remind me that sometimes, we don’t need to do more—we just need to slow down and be present. 💛

Life can get so busy with work, family responsibilities, and all the things we need to accomplish. But fall reminds me that there is beauty in slowing down and enjoying the season we’re in. 🌿

Today, I’m grateful for the simple pleasures of life, the fresh autumn air, the beautiful scenery, and the opportunity to pause and enjoy the moment. 🙏🍁

Sometimes, the greatest blessings are found in the simplest moments. ❤️

🍂 What about you? What do you love most about fall? Is it the cooler weather, colorful leaves, cozy drinks, or spending more time outdoors? Tell me in the comments! 👇

✨ Day 8 of My 31 Days of Gratitude Challenge! 💜💚

🎤 What skill am I glad I learned?

Honestly, if you had told me years ago that I would be hosting live talks, speaking in front of a camera, and connecting with online business partners from different parts of the world, I probably would have doubted myself! 🥹❤️

Today, I’m grateful that I learned how to host and do live talks using tools like StreamYard. What once felt unfamiliar has become an opportunity to grow, build my confidence, share ideas, and connect with amazing people across the globe! 🌎✨

As a full-time social worker, mom, and military wife, I’m always learning how to step outside my comfort zone and discover what I’m capable of. And this skill has taught me something important: You don’t have to be an expert to start. You just have to be willing to learn! 🙌

Every live talk, every conversation, and every opportunity to connect reminds me that growth happens when we give ourselves permission to try something new.

I’m thankful for the technology that makes global connections possible, the online partners who continue to inspire me, and the personal growth that comes with this journey. 💻💜

Here’s your reminder today: Don’t let the fear of not knowing how stop you from learning something that could open new doors for you!

💬 Your turn! What’s one skill you’ve learned that you’re genuinely proud of? It could be cooking, public speaking, managing your finances, or even learning something new online. Share it with me in the comments! 👇

🐾 Day 7 of My 31 Days of Gratitude 🐾

What makes me laugh?

Our Lily girl! 🐶❤️

There’s just something about her silly little personality that can instantly make us laugh. 😂 She has a way of turning an ordinary day into a better one just by being herself.

She keeps us company, follows us around, and somehow always finds a way to make us smile—even when we’re having a long or stressful day.

Sometimes, gratitude comes from the simplest things… like having a goofy dog who brings so much joy into our home. 🥰

Lily, you may not know it, but you make our days a whole lot better! 🐾❤️

Today, I’m grateful for the unconditional love, laughter, and companionship she brings to our family.

What’s one silly thing—or one special pet—that always makes YOU laugh? 🐶👇

Lessons I Never Asked For: What Life Forced Me to Learn

10/07/2026

Day 6 of the 31 days of gratitude challenge

⚾🏀 WHERE AM I MOST AT PEACE? ❤️

Honestly, it’s sitting on the sidelines watching my boys play sports.

There’s something so special about watching my children run onto the field or step onto the court. ⚾🏀

I get to cheer for them, celebrate their wins, encourage them through the tough moments, and simply watch them grow into the young men they are becoming.

And in those moments, I’m not thinking about work.
I’m not thinking about my to-do list.
I’m not worrying about tomorrow.

I’m just present. ❤️

I look around and realize how blessed I am to have the opportunity to be there—to witness the little moments that one day will become some of our favorite memories.

These are the moments I work hard for.
These are the moments I want more of.
These are the moments that bring me peace. 🥹💕

Sometimes peace isn’t found in a quiet room.
Sometimes it’s found in the cheering, the laughter, the busy sports schedule, and watching your children do what they love.

Where are YOU most at peace? 🌿

💭 What Life Forced Me to Learn…

Some of life’s biggest lessons don’t come from the things we choose.

They come from the unexpected seasons.

As two immigrant moms, Marilyn and I have experienced our share of challenges while balancing family, work, dreams, and the desire to create a better future.

Join us for a real and honest conversation about:

💭 WHAT IF TWO HOUSEHOLD INCOMES ARE NO LONGER ENOUGH?

With the cost of living continuing to rise, prices changing, and everyday expenses adding up, relying on only one or two paychecks can feel less secure than it used to.

That’s why I’ve been intentional about choosing me, learning new skills, and being open to additional opportunities. 💜🩵

I don’t want another income stream to take me away from my family or interrupt the life we’re already living.

I want to learn how to build multiple streams of income with flexibility—something I can work on around my existing responsibilities.

🎥 Tonight at 7 PM CST, I’m inviting you to watch our webinar:

✨ Learn how to start a digital business
✨ Discover how the system works
✨ Learn about creating additional income streams
✨ See how you can build around your current schedule
✨ Get the opportunity to learn before making a decision

You don’t have to quit your job. You just have to be open to learning what else is possible.
