Devra West, aka Deborah Lynn Patton, Debbie Patton West, aka Devra Patton West, also known as The Rishi, has many self-appointed titles and a criminal record. The Rishi moved to Sedona in hopes of launching herself to new heights of fame and fortune. She was expecting to develop a large cult following using her eloquent writing skills, and the Sedona mystique to attract followers. Sedona has not b
een kind to Devra, in part due to Sedona residents being savvy about cults. After experiencing years of abuse from cult leaders, Sedona residents were not keen to join Devra's cult. Devra had a rich supporter named Dr. Julio Williamson, he enabled her to live a lavish lifestyle for decades until he had an epiphany and stopped giving her money. Devra lived in a $9,000 a month rental in Back o Beyond, her landlord sued her and she has been evicted (June 2021). Devra remained in the house because of the moratorium. Devra then obtained a loan and paid the Westermann's $80,000. for the lease balance, she vacated the home on December 15, 2021. Devra is now homeless and living in an expensive hotel room in Sedona. �
Devra claims she is the Sage of Sedona, Hierophant of the Solar System, a Red Ray Master, a Para-avatar, and more powerful than Jesus Christ and Mother Mary. She also calls herself the Rishi of the Western Hemisphere, the Rishi of Sedona, Mataji Rishi, and an Ascended Master to list a few titles and names she uses. Note that Devra’s cyber integrity website is a ruse to try to exonerate herself. There is no Detective Horath vouching for her. No Sedona leaders welcome or want Devra in Sedona. Watson lost to her in a default because he spent all his money getting a judgment against her that she never paid.
