A couple of weeks ago I reached out to .with.rebekah and asked if she felt open to sharing a bit of her experience in working together as something to share with the world and those considering apprenticeship/mentorship work with me in the next cohort.

I can’t quite put into words what this work means to me.

How each woman I have the opportunity to work with is such beauty and medicine in MY life.

On my mind as of late: my world is filled with trauma.

I see it.
I hear it.
I feel it.
I heal from it.
I love it.
I learn from it.
I fall from it.
I rise from it.

But, it’s not filled with trauma because it’s a bad life.
But, the work I do.
The spaces I hold.
The devotional path I walk.

And, I am REALLY fcking proud of myself for the healthy and grounded human being I have become choosing to walk this path in loving service to supporting others in their awakening.

I have had to meet the darkest places within myself and be willing to do so to be able to hold the capacity I do not only for others, but for walking in a protected life.

Healing work can take you down.
Many become chronically ill because supporting others can be too much if we don’t have the tools and practices in place.

I had to learn that the hard way. Through my own process of unraveling and meeting so many parts of self and beyond.

This work….

There is nothing like it.

We don’t bandaid.
We meet it head on.

Yes, this is serious work, which is exactly why we laugh play and create throughout our time together at the two week Sedona intensive.

If we forget that we GET to smile during the pain, then we are forgetting the whole point❤️
