March 2025 I spent four weeks in Iquitos Peru with a beautiful Shipibo family where I was deeply initiated on many levels in many ways.

Most definitely one of the most beautifully challenging experiences of my life and one I am forever grateful for.

I feel so blessed to bring some of the traditions back home with me as I hold space for women on their path.

The Shipibo Ice Bath is the one modality we worked with that was NOT a plant and it is potent. An offering of purity, cleansing, and clearing. An opportunity to see how the body responds, to pause, breathe, stabilize, and listen.

Sacred Mapacho is another very near and dear to my heart medicine that came home with me and is part of all that I am and do in medicine work.

Today, after a Kambo ceremony with Kelli McMullen we closed the space with this beautiful ice bath and a Mapacho blessing๐Ÿ™

In gratitude for the opportunity to study and learn from such ancient wisdom.

For four nights in a row, my dream world became a mirror.

Dreams of loved ones dying.
Dreams of being trapped inside an old body that once carried sickness, fear, and survival.
Actually waking at 2 a.m. performing psychic surgery on myselfโ€”removing something ancient that no longer belongs.

In this episode, I explore what happens when we mistake death for danger.

Not physical death, but the death of identities.
The death of survival strategies.
The death of the parts of ourselves that were built to protect us.

For years, I lived inside patterns of hypervigilance, fear, symptom monitoring, and waiting for the next thing to go wrong. Even as healing unfolded, there remained a subtle fear of falling back into old waysโ€”old illness, old stories, old versions of self.

Through dreams, ceremony, and daily practice, I am beginning to see that what is dying is not me.

It is the victim.
The protector.
The identity built around suffering.

This episode explores:

* The fear of returning to old patterns
* Why healing can feel more terrifying than suffering
* The nervous systemโ€™s attachment to familiar identities
* Devotional attunement as a path to safety
* Moving from vigilance into trust

Because sometimes the most loving thing life can do is dismantle the version of you that can no longer carry where your soul is trying to go.

Who am I becoming if I finally stop living as though I will?

These Facebook reminders are always somethingโ€ฆ

I was four years into my journey in 2016 with SO MUCH ahead of me.

I thought I had alllllll the answers but at this point I had simply removed the first layer to allow me to enter in deeper.

What a journey it has been.

A clearing.
A cleansing.
A remembering.
A coming home.

The next decade is going to be MAGNIFICENT โœจ

The dreams and visions in store are already in process and I truly look forward to the day where I am fully able to share with all of you ๐Ÿ™
