Gotta appreciate those good things in life!

We are neurologically wired to find things that are wrong. It is what keeps us alive. Without our unconscious mind constantly looking out for danger to keep us safe and alive we all wouldn't make it. It is important for this system to be "looking out". Unfortunately, this can cause us to be overactive at consciously seeing our problems instead of seeing those things that are good in our lives. We tend to make up stories in our head about the negatives that make them much worse than they really are. On the good side, we can also be proactive in "rewiring" our brains to see the positive aspects of life. Once we can do this, those problems have less of a hold on us. The problems minimize because even these so called problems can also take on the form of blessings. It's all about perspective. Don't take life too seriously. See your blessings...
