15 years ago I was convinced I had ADHD.

I couldn’t concentrate, I was spacey.

I had this constant urge to move, to run, to be somewhere else.

It made sense — it checked all the boxes.

But then I started noticing something.

It wasn’t all the time.

Not in every situation.

Some days I was sharp and focused.

Other days I couldn’t be productive at all.

That’s when I realized there was something more complex going on.

It wasn’t until I started learning about trauma, nervous system regulation, and somatic practices that the real answers showed up.

What helped me most wasn’t medication — it was a combination of somatic work, Kundalini Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Gong, and meditation.

Instead of constantly looking for new biohacking tips I started listening to what my body was trying to tell me.

This is what finally made it click:

Your prefrontal cortex — the part of your brain responsible for focusing, planning, and emotional regulation — becomes less efficient under chronic stress.

The same symptoms we blame ADHD for.

Our nervous system simply can’t perform well under constant stress.

It needs recovery.

The women who come to me for healing are rarely the ones you’d expect.

From the outside, they look like they have it together: successful, kind, good mothers who are also always there for everyone.

But the body keeps the score.

And when a woman spends years putting herself at the bottom of her own list, the body starts screaming through multiple health issues: enough is enough!

Healing begins when we stop running and living life on autopilot and listen to what our body is trying to tell us.

If you’re ready to heal — I work with women 1:1 in Sedona and online. Link in bio.

I used to operate on pushing, supermom mode, thinking I could carry loads of any size…

Because I thought that this is women are supposed to do…

Then I got so exhausted that I went numb.

I thought I could heal by myself if I just kept my vibes high and opened my heart enough to receive divine healing and clear all the blockages holding me back...

Until none of my spiritual tools could reach deep enough to really help me.

When I started working with somatic therapists, things shifted faster than they had in years of doing it alone.

What surprised me was how much I’d resisted reaching out in the first place, and how long it took me to name what that actually was.

Shame.

Spiritual culture often leaves us empty-handed, telling us that all we need is a stable connection to spirit, higher vibes, or another powerful intention set on the solstice.

But we all have blind spots we can’t see on our own, no matter how devoted we are.

We need someone to hold space for us when we’re falling apart, someone we feel safe being vulnerable with, someone who listens instead of rushing to fix us, someone who helps us feel we’re going to be ok no matter what happens next.

Hi, I’m Irina. I’ve been helping people heal for 20 years.

And one thing I see over and over again is people measuring their progress against a fantasy.

They think healing means being positive all the time.

Never getting triggered.

Never feeling messy or lost or heavy.

But that ideal picture is whatpicture? It keeps them stuck.

Because every hard day feels like proof that it’s not working.

Here’s what I’ve actually seen in 20 years of holding space for people through their healing journey:
Healing helps us grow our capacity to feel more — not less feeling.

It looks like catching yourself in survival mode instead of finding out three days later.

Like waking up with more energy and excitement to create something (not every day but definitely much more often).

A trigger that used to p**s you off just... not landing the same way anymore.

It’s not a finish line.

It’s a slow process — like a puzzle coming together one piece at a time.

And if you’ve been doing the work and wondering why you don’t feel “healed” yet — maybe you’re closer than you think.

Healing looks like bigger capacity to feel — not less feeling.

Sometimes you live half of your life before realizing you can actually choose you.

And that’s where healing and real transformation begins.

Not when you become someone else.
Not when you’ve finally “fixed” yourself.

But when you stop abandoning yourself in the little moments.

When you rest without guilt.
When you say no without overexplaining.

When you choose what nourishes you instead of what keeps everyone else happy.

When you listen to your own needs before everyone else’s.

It may not look dramatic from the outside, but these quiet choices change everything.

Every time you choose yourself, you’re teaching your nervous system that you are finally safe to come home to.

Share with your bestie who forgets she can choose herself.

Love,
Irina
