Every once in a while I like to post something controversial to see the mix of reactions. Why would I do this? I'm curious to see how many actually think. My amazing mentor, Bob Proctor, often said:
2% of people think, 3% of people think they think and 95% of people would rather DIE than think.

I see this truth in all areas of life - especially health care and politics. One must have an open mind before one can actually think and learn... and possibly experience a new and better way of living.

Hmmmmm..... what area of your life could be improved just by opening your mind 1%??

Celebrating the power of coaching. Last week a client who is a landscape architect said he had a client who had been dragging their feet for over a year.

Together, we created an email that hit the clients immediate pain points. He sent it yesterday and last night he got the response from his client - YES, let's get this done! The deposit will be sent this week.

This is a $100K++ job for my client.

Yes, coaching pays off!!!

Here's something to write down and remember -

Don’t let a problem to be solved be more important than a person to be loved.

That was said at my morning Asea Redox meeting. I'm so thrilled to be part of an amazing company and an amazing team.

I'm still doing my coaching (always will) and sharing the redox molecules part-time. Not because I need the money, but because I love everything about it.

I've always felt I'm here to make a difference.

Maybe it's your cup of tea, maybe not. I do know - nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I just got off a coaching call with my amazing client who just bought a home for his parents.

Interestingly, in his progress report he said he wants to work on how to be happy. You see, he thought buying a home for his parents would make him happy.

It's wonderful and he does feel happy about his parents no longer renting and not liking their home.

However, as he discovered for himself on our call, HAPPINESS IS AN INSIDE JOB.

As long as we are expecting external accomplishments or things to "make us happy", we are nothing more than a play toy for the world to toss around at its whim.

What can you do right now, in this present moment, to increase your level of happiness 1%?

In the past 3 months, I've approached 23 privately owned medical clinics to see if they want to partner or sell their practice to me. Some never returned my call, which is fine. What bothers me is 16 recently closed, permanently!!

This tells me that all of us really need to take care of ourselves and self advocate for our own medical care. We must learn about our health - physical, mental, social, spiritual.....

In all thy knowing, know thyself!!

And, for the love of your God given body, stop putting junk in your body and then complaining that it isn't performing the way you want it to!

Are you taking better care of your car than you do your body??? Hmmmmm, something to think about.

I guess business - life coaching and I are a good match. I've had several clients tell me they open up to me and tell me EVERYTHING.... things that NOBODY else knows.

I hear and coach clients through all kinds of things - including being ashamed of one's ancestry, addiction to adult videos, being afraid of the dark, fear of quitting a toxic job.... all kinds of patterns that interfere with living fully.

This is not a boring career, by any stretch.
I love my clients: )

I hesitated posting this because it's not about me and I don't want it to appear as "Ohhhh, look what I did". But it kept gnawing at me because maybe someone else can do something similar....

Yesterday at the grocery story a little old man in front of me couldn't remember his pin number to pay for his groceries. The clerk couldn't help him. He started to walk away without his groceries. I could see he was confused about what was going on here. He just knew he wasn't going home with his groceries.

I told the clerk: I'll pay for his groceries. She was shocked and called him back to explain he gets to keep his groceries.

I'm just grateful I'm in a position now that I can help out financially. It wasn't always like this. I grew up very poor. I guess that's why I love to help others. If you're in this position of being able to help, I encourage you to pay it forward. We are all brothers and sisters.

I've been locked out of FB for weeks. Heaven forbid you travel and log in from another location. It seemed to send FB into a tizzy. Anyway, it's good to be back and get caught up here with all you wonderful and crazy people.🤣😍
