We just launched the new website, and along with that we’re excited to announce a new service we’ll be offering which is design, consultation, and kit boats.

We’ve spent a ton of time this year refining our design process and working on expanding our inventory of in-house design stock models. These are digitally floated, ready to go, and can be changed / modified pretty easy to fit whatever platform you might be looking for. Aside from having these models ready to build on our end, we’ll also be offering to sell some of our in-house models as kit boats. They will come with a CAD cutfile and build book for anyone crafty enough to want to take on their own construction. And lastly, we have a CAD designer on standby if anyone wants to start fresh and design their own custom vessel. Whatever boat you may be in the market for, we have a good starting point ready to build off of.

The guys are rocking on the FTF in-house design 35’ sportfishing boat. We got all the bigger below deck components installed, decks are down, and most the outside hull work is getting close. Just have a few days of welding to do and we’ll start rolling on cabin stuff.

We’re pulling off this thing next week to hopefully put the finishing touches on the ross lake cat speedboat and get that thing seatrialed and delivered. Stay tuned for that one, she’s one hell of a boat!

Crazy what you can do with a jet boat and a bow thruster! Dug up this cool little drone vid of the Bridgette Joy and Casi Jo from a while back, two 32’ Bristol Bay sternpicker sister ships we built at the shop. It’s been a few years but we’re ready to take on another one of these bad units and we have a sternpicker and double ender design ready to rock and roll. Wrangled up some photos of a cool little open cab 24’ x 8 1/2’ dive boat from way back. We’ve gotten a few inquiries about a similar platform and are currently working on getting one modeled up, should be a cool boat to have in our arsenal of shop models. We’ll offer this thing in 24’, 26’, and 28’. She would be a perfect platform for a dive boat, puget sound day crabber, or general work boat. Hit us up for any inquiries and we can send over some drawings/specs

Knocked out a pretty tech little roof mount generator install for a govt. contracted research boat. This was actually a bit of a head scratcher in the engineering department but we got her squared away and she’s ready to roll.

Big projects are keeping us plenty busy but we always try to make time the smaller jobs too so don’t hesitate to reach out for any boat work you need done for the upcoming season and we’ll see what we can do to make it happen

Got a couple sneak peak shots of the 20’ cat. We’re pulling out all the stops on this one, she’s a work of art. We’re just finishing up the trim and some detail work, then we’re on to windshield and , graphics, and wrapping up the rigging. Hoping to hit the water towards the end of May so stay tuned, she’s gonna be a head turner!

Quick little powder coated awning job, turned out sweet! We got a reputation for being more of a boat shop these days but we build just about anything so don’t hesitate to hit us up with any of your projects or ideas, we can most likely make em happen

Knocked out a cool little tophouse job for a Bristol bay Gillnetter just in time for the barge. The customer sent us over a pile of photos and roof measurements from his current flybridge boat. From there we did a quick model of the boat, added the tophouse and got approval, and got her done. Anyone thinking of adding a tophouse to your bay boat, we’re your shop. Just get some good photos and dimensions and get with us after the season and we’ll get ya taken care of.

We just got the 20’ cat speedboat for pulled out of the paintbooth and gave her a good buff job and god damn she looks sharp! Moving her into rigging next, everyone’s favorite part. Shes gonna turn some heads this summer
