🌳 **ROCK HILL PARK — COMPLETE!** 🛝

Another community project across the finish line!

Rock Hill Park now has a new ADA-accessible playground designed to make play more welcoming, along with a new bike rack, drinking fountain, pet waste station, and a beautiful Brazilian hardwood bench.

And for the kids who notice the little things? There’s even a bonus scavenger hunt game built into the playground header! 🎮

It takes more than playground equipment to build a great community space. From site preparation and drainage to concrete, restoration, and the finishing details, every piece matters.

Proud to be part of building spaces where the community can come together. 💪

💦 **MONDAY’S WATER MAIN DRAMA: CASE CLOSED… SORT OF. 👀**

We were decommissioning a fire hydrant when the old-school “T” connection off the existing main behind the gate valve decided it had other plans. 💥 Gate valve blew right off with 100+ PSI. 😳

Thankfully, our original repair was already backfilled before the underground fireworks started. We’ll call that a Monday win. 😂🚜

Moral of the story? You never know what decades-old utilities have in store until you get into the dirt.

Monday’d a little too hard 🫣😱

Let’s blow-in some EWF! 💨🌲

Bringing in the final playground surfacing and getting this ADA project closer to the finish line.
More access. More play. More fun. 🛝💪

🚧 **Spruce St. Curb Ramps — DONE.**

Tear it out. Dig it up. Rebuild it right.

We wrapped up the **2026 Spruce St. Curb Ramp Project**, retrofitting existing intersections with new ADA ramps and building the groundwork for a **future bike lane**.

This one took plenty of coordination between E&E, our subcontractors, and the City to keep things moving and get the details right.

A lot of sawcutting, digging, forming, pouring, cleanup — and a whole lot of moving parts behind the scenes.

**Another public works project in the books. Another set of ramps built for the long haul.** 👊

Rock Hill Park is coming together! 🦺

Drainage work is nearing completion, and GameTime has officially begun installing the new playground equipment. With the accessible routes, ADA-compliant playground features, and site improvements taking shape, we’re getting closer to delivering a park built for everyone to enjoy.

More progress to come! 💪

🚧 Progress in motion.

Infrastructure work rarely goes exactly as planned, and that’s what separates experience from expectations.

This week we uncovered a gas line sitting directly in the middle of our 18-inch storm pipe run—and resting on top of the existing water main. Not exactly what anyone hopes to find, but solving conflicts like these is part of the job. We work through the unexpected safely, coordinate with the utilities, and keep the project moving forward.

Every challenge solved today means stronger infrastructure for tomorrow. 🤙🏼🤙🏼
