Maximizing Your Hourly Value isn’t optional. It’s the whole game.

You don’t have a time problem. You have a value problem.

There are 24 hours in a day. That’s fixed. So if you’re trying to grow by cramming more into your calendar, you’ve already lost.

The only way forward is to make each hour worth more.

We break it down into three levers:

1. Raise your prices. Yes, some people will drop off. Good.
