This year, we are taking the flavor to a whole new level! We are incredibly excited to announce that we've partnered with the legendary folks at Rougarou Crawfish Co.! Even better, the master of the boilers himself, Ray Barnes, will be down at The Woodyard with his specialized equipment to cook up that perfect Rougarou kick. If you haven't had Ray's crawfish, you are in for a serious treat! His flavor is legendary, and we're so proud to have him cooking for us.
