It's been tough watching one of the most epic vintages that we've had weather wise in seven years as it unfolds, knowing that we have no harvestable fruit on these vines.

But you don't have to look hard around here to find reasons to be grateful. Around each corner is a reminder of God's faithfulness and promise to keep us through life's challenges and setbacks.

Doing this is worth it. This community is worth it. These vines are worth it. All praises belong to the Most High. We are truly blessed!

Thanks to a last minute artist cancelation, we're excited to announce our Thursday Open Mic Night host NEVIN is joining the lineup for our Saturday concert on September 12th with the fabulous Dawna Crocker also on the schedule. Next week is gonna rock!

And a lot of people have asked, so we'll address this question here....YES Open Mic night will be continuing rain or shine every Thursday here at DCV. Come hang out and get your live music fix!

Say hello to Penny and Pedro, our new Maremma puppies! These two are a bonded brother/sister pair from Fresno.

These sweet and beautiful babies will be 6 months old on the 18th, are already clocking in at about 70lbs each, and come from one of the top LGD trainers and breeders in the country. They've been with livestock since they were 3 weeks old and have been settling in here on the farm really well!

Maremmas are an Italian breed, known for their love of farm work and protecting their livestock and their people. They take their work very seriously.

Needless to say, we're in love! Stay tuned for more updates...

Two weeks from today, we welcome back the raucously fun and inimitable for our July Isntallment of Saturday music in the Vines! Bring your good attitude, your lawn chairs and be ready for some good w**e, good times and great music from another local favorite artist. Clucking Cow food truck will be here with delicious food for all. It's sure to be a good time!
