The importance of proper roadwork!

As things begin to dry out from winter, landowners need to be aware of the value of a properly managed road system. This is the before/during/after of a project we did last year. Without it, we would’ve never logged the tract.
The land owner spent $2k-3k ahead of time and was able to bring in over $100k in timber proceeds.

Do not try to be cheap! Do it right and you will be better off for it!
