For the first time since absorbing the Emergency Medical service in 2010 the Seminole Firefighters Association has added all members of the department to our organization. To be eligible for membership a firefighter must work a minimum of 6 months, at which time current members vote to add the firefighter. This is a testament to the partnership we have been able to create with the City of Seminole to improve compensation, working conditions, and overall morale within the department! These improvements have significantly reduced turnover and allowed us to create a more well rounded and better trained staff! Thank you to city leaders for investing in public safety!

Seminole PD went above and beyond today! When we say we could not have done it without y’all it is no exaggeration! When manpower was limited you guys came in clutch! We appreciate the mutual aid we received from Bowlegs FD, Strother FD, and BIA!
