One of the hardest parts of what we do?
Telling someone their dream doesn’t financially work…at least not the way they currently envision it.

Right now, we’re deep in a VIP Day with a business that honestly looks SO fun from the outside. The kind of place you walk into and think: “I wish I owned this.”

• Beautiful buildout
• Cool concept
• A business you’d bring your kids to
• The kind of brand that pops up all over social media and makes entrepreneurship look exciting!!

But behind the scenes?
The numbers tell a very different story
Commercial leases are expensive
Buildouts are expensive
Staffing is expensive
Marketing is expensive
And in this particular industry… profitability is HARDQ! Like really hard!

And that’s the part people don’t talk about enough
Because the truth is… a business is supposed to pay YOU, the owner. Not just the landlord. Not just the bank. Not just payroll.
