OlyPen, Inc. is now hiring for full time customer service representatives.
The primary role of Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to manage the billing and payment process, handle sales, and assist customers with their service, this includes internet connectivity, email, online backup services, and general internet usage. CSRs work to ensure that current customers are satisfied with their services and that potential customers have enough information to make informed decisions. This includes assistance in person, over the phone, and via email. As such, they are expected to provide a warm, polite, and professional demeanor, as well as a high degree of computer competence.
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Experience with Computers and Internet Service
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and problem solve
- Willingness to quickly learn and adapt to changing environments
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Detail-Oriented
- Focused on teamwork, time management, and taking the initiative
- GED or High School Diploma
- Must be available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 6:30pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 3:00pm
- After training, this will also include rotating 24x7 on call schedule, which results in additional compensation.
-Basic knowledge of the latest released operating systems.
-Basic knowledge (including configuration) of the latest internet browsers and email clients.
-Basic computer hardware skills.
Compensation:
- Starting wage of $14.00 per hour
