It’s almost here. Crossroads are not failures.
That sentence holds so much of what Navigating Crossroads was written to explore.
A crossroads can arrive when something ends.
When something changes.
When what worked before no longer fits.
Or when a new possibility begins asking for attention.
The temptation can be to rush through that space and figure out the “right” answer.
But perhaps a crossroads is not something to escape.
