In no way am I condoning what happend this week on a United Airlines flight, when a man was forcibly removed from the plane by officers, BUT I did want to share the interview that the CEO did this morning on Good Morning America. This is a text book example of how the company should have responded to this situation on Monday. Never be afraid to humble yourself, when appropriate. Notice the tone of this interview.

Katie was the producer at KMOV in St. Louis the day the riots broke out in Ferguson, Missouri. She'll be sharing her insight from that, and giving participants some insight into how news stories are selected on a day to day basis.
