A nice quick appearance by a Dall’s porpoise! These acrobats of the sea show up as fast as they leave.
Sometimes they love playing with the boats and other times they are too busy hunting fish.

You could say mountain goat nannies are the greatest of all time when it comes to parenting.

Nannies (moms of the goat world) raise their young without the help of billies (male goats). They don’t raise their kids (young goats) alone though. After they give birth nannies band together with other nannies and their kids in groups of 5-20 animals. Protection is found in numbers when your list of threats to survival include: bears, wolves, eagles, and wolverines. Like human parents’ nannies spend a lot of time chasing their kids around keeping them safe. Though the chasing looks a bit different considering mountain goat kids can ascend steep cliffs within 10-14 days of birth.
