Bayco Meat Processing Bayco is your friendly hometown source for domestic and wild game processing. We do all processing custom to your needs. to the public.

Bayco is a family owned business that specializes in domestic meat processing (beef, hogs, lambs, goats, etc.) ALL domestic meat processing is by appointment only so please get in touch with us in advance. We slaughter on Mondays and Friday's first thing in the morning beginning at 8 A.M. We also do a variety of wild game processing. Processing normally takes up to two weeks, longer depending on d

emand and your order. We will notify you when your order is read. Please try to call in advance for us to be able to get you in and out quickly. We are inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services, and also a member of the Texas Meat Packers Association. Because we are inspected, we can sell steaks, sausage, etc. So if you plan on having a cookout please call us so we may be able to meet your needs.
