Belonging to BNI is like having dozens of sales people working for you because each chapter member's goal is to help each other grow their businesses - Givers Gain. BNI is a business and professional networking organization that allows only one person per professional classification or specialty to join a chapter. Another successful networking morning with The Elite Alliance Masters T-E-A-M! 🙌

As we do every week, we gathered virtually this morning to connect, learn, grow, and support one another — and today was another great reminder of what makes this group so special.

Our networking education moment came from Joe Gillis with Network Education Network, who challenged us to think about building the behaviors that referrals will follow.
One of the many takeaways that stood out was that "success isn't the scoreboard — it's the preparation." There was plenty of wisdom packed into Joe's presentation, giving us all something to think about as we continue building stronger relationships and becoming better networkers.

We also had our 10-minute presenter, Melissa Hendricks with Kelly Moore Sheds & Marketplace, who took us through the evolution of Kelly Moore Sheds and the creativity, possibilities, and impact that come with creating your perfect custom backyard space. From sheds to the marketplace, events and so much MOORE!! It was a great look at how a simple idea can evolve into something completely customized to fit your vision.

And we didn't stop there! Today also brought our first leadership meeting with our new leaders and new roles within BNI. Another exciting step forward as we continue building, learning, and growing together.

We don't just network together. We grow together. We learn together. And we celebrate each other's success along the way.

What a morning yesterday at our BNI, The Elite Alliance Masters meeting! So much excitement, new beginnings, and Givers Gain in action! There was definitely no shortage of smiles, energy, and reasons to celebrate!

We kicked things off by welcoming a brand-new member into our chapter Rebecca Sunderland. We also officially launched the Top 100 Business Campaign for Camp Ezri, and we even had a special little helper join us to help collect for this incredible cause! Santa's helper was on a mission, spreading a little holiday cheer and collecting support for Camp EZRI. And in return? Santa's helper only asked for ONE thing! 🎅 (Sometimes the smallest helpers have the biggest hearts!) and if you know this helper you know EXACTLY what that one thing is!! A...MIGHTY..POWER TRADES TEAM!!

Although Damon Christian Albert couldn't be with us in person, his BNI team certainly showed up for him! As always, they were among the first businesses to step forward and contribute to Camp EZRI's campaign. That's what teamwork, friendship, and Givers Gain look like!

Our 10-minute feature presenter, Bev Stitely from Saunders Tax and Saunders Tax & Accounting, Inc., shared some exciting insight as to how she found her passion. We were made aware of classes she's teaching to help others learn how to do their own taxes. As I've mentioned before, Bev doesn't keep her knowledge to herself, and that's one of the beautiful things about BNI. We learn from one another, share what we know, and grow together. When one of us succeeds, we all have an opportunity to succeed!

We also welcomed a new president and some exciting role changes within our chapter! This was Crystal Pheulpin from Black Diamond Realty very first in-person meeting stepping into her role as president, and she absolutely ROCKED it! If her smile in the pictures is any indication, she's just as excited about this new chapter as we are!

From welcoming new members to supporting an incredible cause, sharing knowledge, and embracing new leadership, this meeting was a perfect reminder of what makes our BNI family so special.
The smiles never left anyone's faces, the energy was contagious, and the excitement for what's ahead is already building!

Here's to new beginnings, stronger connections, growing together, and continuing to make a difference — one connection, one business, and one act of Givers Gain at a time!

We’re excited to spotlight our next 10-minute featured presenter, Bev Stitely of Saunders Tax & Accounting, Inc.

Bev is truly a force to be reckoned with. She brings confidence, knowledge, and a bold, independent spirit to everything she does, but just as importantly, she is every bit as kind, caring, and approachable as she is driven.

Bev is passionate about helping business owners navigate their taxes, find opportunities to save, and better understand how to make legitimate business expenses work for them. But her desire to help people doesn’t stop with the clients who walk through her door.

She recently released her book, "Detaxify Your Life", giving readers another resource to help them better understand taxes and find ways to take some of the stress and confusion out of their financial lives.

That’s what makes Bev such a great part of our BNI family. She doesn’t just keep her knowledge to herself — she shares it, teaches it, and looks for ways to help others succeed.

We’re looking forward to hearing more from Bev during her 10-minute feature and learning more about what she does, who she helps, and how we can better connect her with the people who need her expertise.

🎤 This Week’s 10-Minute Feature Presenter!

When he’s not deep-diving into the numbers and saving his clients money by shopping multiple companies to find the right deal, David A. Sagirashvili with Red Oak Insurance is keeping everyone informed, entertained, and laughing! As a broker, he has the ability to work with multiple companies to help his clients find options that fit their needs — but apparently, saving money isn’t his only specialty! 😂

David is also known for keeping BNI members entertained with jokes, fun facts, and plenty of personality.
This week, we’re excited to hear more about what he does, how being a broker benefits his clients, and the different ways he can help businesses and individuals save money.

He’s especially looking to connect with car dealerships, automotive sales managers, and managers at retail car locations who would be willing to sit down, listen, and learn this upcoming Thursday 09/29 on our virtual chapter meeting how he may be able to benefit their business and their customers.

Dale Carnegie’s “How to Win Friends and Influence People.” He shared practical tips and timeless rules that can make a difference in both our personal lives and our businesses. Building relationships, listening, connecting, and genuinely caring about people — that’s what great networking is all about!

Now it's time to celebrate Sandy Tolsen of Reliable Records Bookkeeping Services LLC and her FIRST 10-MINUTE BNI PRESENTATION! 🎉👏 Sandy took us through her journey from the corporate world to becoming a business owner. What some would have called an unfortunate situation Sandy took as an unexpected opportunity and it became a chance to jumpstart her future goals.

Sandy gave us a deeper look at the challenges many small-business owners face when it comes to their books and finances, and she helped us understand just how valuable the right bookkeeping support can be behind the scenes of a growing business.

A HUGE congratulations to Sandy on an informative, insightful, and engaging first 10 minutes! And a big thank-you to Joe for another fantastic networking education and the beautiful song presentation, even though it didn't win you that golden hammer!

Business was passed. Connections were made. Referrals were shared. Relationships grew.

📚✨ Let’s Talk Numbers… and Saundra Tolsen ! ✨📚

Meet Saundra Tolson, owner of Reliable Records Bookkeeping Services LLC — and let me just say, Saundra is one of those people who doesn’t need to make a lot of noise to make a BIG impact! 🙌 Saundra is down-to-earth, easy to talk to, genuinely enjoyable to be around, and has that quiet confidence that says, “Don’t worry… I’ve got this.” 😉 She’s got a little bit of that “bad-to-the-bone” energy — just the BNI-approved version! 😎

When she’s not keeping businesses’ books balanced and making sure the numbers add up, Saundra can often be found on the weekends rescuing dogs and helping get them from one safe place to another. 🐾❤️ Because apparently, keeping records in order AND keeping rescue pups on the right track is just part of what Saundra does!

When it comes to bookkeeping, Saundra knows the numbers need to add up, the records need to line up, and somebody has to keep everything from getting completely out of balance! 😂📊 She has a quiet way of getting the job done — accurately, reliably, and without all the fuss. Sometimes the people making the biggest difference are the ones quietly keeping everything on track behind the scenes.

Learning & Growing with Amos McCoy!

I had the opportunity to attend a one-hour session with our BNI member Amos McCoy of McCoy Leadership , focused on The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth. It was stimulating, informative, and genuinely engaging. Amos has a teaching style that keeps you involved and thinking—and his knowledge really shines through!

The 15 Laws include the Law of Environment, Design, Reflection, the Ladder, Trade-Offs, Curiosity, Modeling, Expansion, Contribution, Integrity, Awareness, the Mirror, Consistency, the Rubber Band, and Pain.

We were only able to dive a little deeper into two of the laws today, but even that short time left me wanting to learn more! Amos is offering an 8-week 15 Laws Mastermind that goes deeper into each of these principles and how they can impact personal and professional growth.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn from Amos, experience his leadership style, and get to know another one of our BNI members a little better. Always thankful to be part of a group that encourages us to keep learning, growing, and helping one another succeed!🌱
