Thank you to everyone who joined us for our June After Hours event at Hawthorne Ocean Isle!

It was a wonderful evening filled with great conversations, new connections, and the opportunity to learn more about this beautiful new community. We appreciate the Hawthorne Ocean Isle team for their hospitality and for welcoming our Chamber members and guests to explore the clubhouse, amenities, and model home.

Connections turn into conversations, conversations turn into opportunities, and opportunities turn into results.

At our June Perks Works meeting, members reported 30 referrals passed and $25,032.42 in closed business. That brings our year-to-date totals to 224 referrals and $330,893.42 in closed business.

These numbers represent more than dollars and referrals. They reflect relationships being built, businesses supporting one another, and a community that truly believes in helping each other succeed.

Every meeting creates new opportunities to connect, learn, and grow together. We can't wait to see what next month's numbers look like.

Some businesses help people connect, and Kahuna Photo does that every day through the power of great storytelling and imagery.

What started in Ocean Isle Beach as a passion for photography has grown into a talented local team helping real estate professionals, vacation rental owners, and businesses showcase what makes their properties special. Their photos, videos, floor plans, and virtual tours help create those important first impressions that can make someone stop, take a closer look, and take action.

What we love most is that Kahuna Photo isn't just invested in the properties they photograph, they're invested in the communities they serve. For more than a decade, they've supported local businesses, organizations, and causes while helping tell the story of coastal Carolina.

What a great afternoon celebrating 50 years of the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Membership Extravaganza. It was wonderful to see so many members, community partners, and local business leaders come together to connect, support one another, and celebrate this milestone year.

We were also honored to celebrate ribbon cuttings for Coastline Homes NC, LLC, Computer Medic, CJR Bookkeeping Services, AAA Blind & Shutter Factory, and Comfort Keepers of the Coastal Carolinas. Congratulations to each of these businesses, and thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey.

A special thank you to our sponsors, Novant Health, Pepsi, Lilly Bird's Creamery, D.R. Horton Homes, DJ Butch Barnes, and Comfort Keepers of the Coastal Carolinas for helping make this event possible.

Join us on Thursday, June 25 at 4:00 PM as we welcome Olivia Clark, CPA PLLC with an official Ribbon Cutting ceremony at her office in Ocean Isle Beach. Ribbon cuttings are a wonderful way to show support for local businesses, connect with fellow Chamber members, and spend time celebrating the people and organizations that help strengthen Brunswick County.

We hope you'll stop by, meet Olivia, and help us give her a warm Chamber welcome.
