I know we are all feeling the cabin fever setting in. The longer the quarterine lasts, the crazier we become. You can only clean, watch TV, read books, play games, scroll through social media, do crafts, send emails, talk on the phone and do home projects for so long.

Even though we are practicing social distancing, it doesn't mean you are confined indoors. Get fresh air, take walks, feel the rain on your face, sit in the grass, take your shoes off and ground. Meditate. Rejuvenate. Go out in nature. Walk around a lake. Go to a park. Go to the woods. Bike a nature trail. Kayak. All these things can be done alone or with your family, far from other people. We forget that we need this type of medication too.

Washing with soap and water is important BUT cleansing the mind, body and soul is equally important if not more. Staying healthy starts by staying connected to our Devine healer... Mother Earth
