A funny thing happens when I present a marketing plan.
“We love it. Can we do all of this?”
Yes.
Then we get to the investment.
“Can we maybe... not do all of it at once?”
Also yes.
Good marketing leadership isn’t about cramming every good idea into the next 90 days.
It’s knowing what to do first.
As a fractional CMO, part of my job is helping leadership prioritize: front-load the strategy, focus resources where they’ll make the biggest difference, and build from there.
Because the best marketing plan isn’t the one with the most stuff in it.
It’s the one your team can actually execute.
Ambition is good. So is cash flow.
