A little look at what’s happening behind the scenes at Se7en Oaks. 🍂

This week was a mix of taking care of the spaces already entrusted to us and making room for what’s next.

We checked in on Airbnb properties for fall turnovers, gave our 214 W. 5th Street headquarters a little fall refresh, took inventory and restocked supplies, completed property walkthroughs, washed laundry, worked on proposals, and got our hands dirty with some post-construction cleaning too.

Some weeks are about big transformations. Others are about all the little things that keep spaces clean, cared for, and ready for the people who use them.

And right now, we have room on our schedule for a few more spaces. Homes, cabins, Airbnbs, businesses, construction projects—if your space could use a reset before winter, we’d love to help.

August kept us busy! Nightly cleans, Airbnb turnovers, construction cleaning, school deep cleans, laundry, moving classrooms, and lots of running around in between.

There’s something special about being able to lend a hand when it’s needed. 💙

This week, we had the opportunity to help support the team at Seymour School District with their pool project. Their custodial and maintenance staff work incredibly hard every day, and we’re thankful we could help take one more project off their plate.

That’s exactly why we love facility support. We aren’t here to replace great teams—we’re here to back them up when extra projects come up or schedules get stretched.
