Happy New Year Lawn Magic Customers! We have started our 2025 Spring W**d Control Application, and we have made a few changes to our service that you need to be aware of.

Our phone number has changed to 405-777-8714. Please make note of that in case you need to get ahold of us for any reason.

Our mailing address is PO BOX 745, Shawnee, OK 74802. There is a return envelope left with every invoice, but just in case it gets lost this is the address to mail your payment to.

Our new PAYMENT POLICY is "NET 7". Payment is due at the time of service but is expected within 7 days of the service provided. We will no longer be accepting "Annual Pre-Payments". If you have already pre-paid, this policy will start with your next invoice. We only accept CASH, CHECK, or VENMO as payment.
We understand things happen, so if you need additional time to pay, please let us know and we will work out a payment arrangement with you.

We will text or call you 48 hours in advance of when we plan to be in your area. If our schedule conflicts with yours, please let us know and we will work out a return date to take care of your lawn.

Please make sure that your children's and /or pet toys are picked up. Please make sure that branches, leaves, and excess pet f***s are picked up. During the growing season, please make sure the lawn is mowed before we spray.

Good Morning Lawn Magic Customers,

We have started our 2023 Spring W**d Control Application!

As I'm sure you've noticed, our methods of application for w**d control and fertilization services have changed a little bit.

With the new stand on Spreader/Sprayer machines we can spray or fertilize your lawn more evenly, effectively, and efficiently.

And while the initial color of the spray may not be as green or attractive as it was when we were spraying by hand, the dye is just a spray pattern indicator that allows us to see where we've sprayed. so, please don't be alarmed if you can't see the color. The dye adds no benefit to your lawn what-so-ever other than being aesthetically pleasing, and in most cases, it fades and is gone within a few days anyway.

The herbicides we use for controlling the w**ds in your lawn are mixed according to the manufacturers label for spraying with ground equipment and our machines are calibrated to apply the correct amount of chemical to your lawn.

We are confident in our processes and stand behind or work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you see something in your lawn that shouldn't be there after we've treated your lawn, call, or text us at 405-777-8714 and we'll take care of it at no additional cost to you. Please allow 14 to 21 days after we've sprayed for the application to work.

PLEASE NOTE that effective January 1st, 2023 our payment policy has changed.

Going forward, payment will be due at the time of service. If you're not at home at the time of service, we will spray your lawn as we always have, and an invoice will be left on your front door. Payment will be expected within 3 to 5 business days of the date of service. As an independent small business owner, it's extremely important to receive your payment in a prompt and timely manner. We accept cash, check, or VENMO as source of payment.
