Begin 2023 with a new pet adoption !

Winnie says, “I am a doodle too! I’ll do anything to get a home!”

🚨‼️🚨Winnie is now URGENT!!!!! Are you looking for a happy-go-lucky, outgoing, ~45 pound girl who loves to play? If so, Winnie (A538084) may be the girl for you. She can appear a little nervous in her kennel but quickly opens up when you get her outside and walking around. She needs some work on leash walking and other basic obedience but learned quickly with me. She didn't care about cars as they passed us and was friendly toward other dogs while we walked past the play areas. She showed signs of being housetrained so she may make a quick transition from the shelter into her forever home.

She's awesome with other dogs and loves to play with toys - she spent a few minutes tossing a toy to herself while doing zoomies around the play area when I took her outside today. She takes treats very softly so there's a good chance that she'd fit in well with a family with kids. She loves to cuddle up with you and must be one of the softest dogs at the shelter so she'll be a great lap dog too.

Come give this boring-looking black dog a chance!
