Northern Ohio Unmanned Aircraft Systems Association We are an independent, nonprofit professional association connecting individuals in the autonomous industry.

We provide education, events, networking, and community to those interested in the autonomous market in Northern Ohio. We hope to help build the UAS/Aerospace industry in Lorain County and Northeast Ohio to recapture our manufacturing roots, making this region a central location for civil unmanned systems technology. Supporting research and development of various formats including: multirotors, fixed wing, helicopter, and other hybrid forms of UAS.

DRONE RESCUE: Yesterday afternoon, we responded to a call of a missing 3 year old boy. We immediately engaged our Patrol and Motor Units in the area, one of our K-9 units, and our Drone Unit.

Within 3 minutes of our Drone Unit deploying, the child was located in a field near the residence.

Excellent outcome, response, and teamwork by all involved! A huge shout out to Deputy Aponte with our Drone Unit!!!
