As we seperated bricks, scrap metal, and trash the demo continued. We were balancing keeping our structure standing while having a clean and controlled work environment. Our trucks hauled the bricks off and loaded trash into dumpsters. From a hazardous, half standing building, into a seeded and strawed lot ready for new development! These before and afters of places in our community given fresh start are what make it all worth it!

Let the demolition begin! The interior pictures show why it was time for this place to go. We got the site prepped with sand, cones, and sinage then got to work. As we began to tear down our brick structure, we were keeping it sprayed down with water to keep the dust as low as possible. Our next post will show how we wrapped this job up!
