Job Summary
Altruistic Home Care Agency LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical oversight and support for our Peer Support Services program. The LCSW will ensure quality service delivery, provide supervision and consultation to Peer Support Specialists, complete clinical assessments, and collaborate with community providers to support individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide clinical supervision and oversight for Peer Support Specialists.
* Complete comprehensive assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans.
* Review and approve service documentation to ensure compliance with Medicaid and state regulations.
* Monitor client progress and make recommendations for continued services.
* Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case consultations.
* Provide crisis intervention and support when needed.
* Coordinate care with healthcare providers, community agencies, and family members.
* Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with ethical and professional standards.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
* Assist with staff training, coaching, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Support program development and compliance efforts.
Peer Support Services Oversight
The LCSW will oversee Peer Support Specialists who assist individuals with:
* Developing recovery goals and wellness plans.
* Building independent living skills.
* Accessing community resources and benefits.
* Improving socialization and communication skills.
* Increasing self-advocacy and self-sufficiency.
* Reducing hospitalizations and crisis episodes.
* Promoting recovery, resilience, and community integration.
* Providing encouragement and mentoring based on lived experience.
Qualifications
* Active North Carolina Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
* Minimum of 2 years of behavioral health experience preferred.
* Experience with Medicaid-funded services preferred.
* Knowledge of person-centered planning and recovery-oriented practices.
* Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
