Meet the De La Louisiane — bold rye, smooth cognac, sweet vermouth, Bénédictine, and Peychaud’s bitters coming together for a cocktail that’s rich, balanced, and made to slow the day down a little.

• 0.75 oz Rye
• 0.75 oz Cognac
• 0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 0.25 oz Bénédictine
• 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Stir with ice, strain, and garnish with a cherry (optional). 🍒

Ingredients:
• 2 oz Uncle Nearest
• ½ oz honey syrup
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice
• ~3–4 oz hot water
• Cinnamon stick
• Lemon wedge *optional

Method
Warm your glass first by filling it with hot water, then discard.
Add Uncle Nearest, honey syrup, and lemon juice.
Top with fresh hot water (about 3–4 oz, to taste) and stir gently.
Drop in a cinnamon stick and garnish with a lemon wedge.
