Poly gloves are not safe!

The purpose of wearing a glove is to protect the user and customer from contamination.

The poly glove is not waterproof therefore can’t block out biological and chemical contamination to the glove wearer nor to the customer that the food is being prepared for.

So what is the real purpose of a poly glove?

The medical world doesn’t make a poly glove, which makes sense why a poly is not a safe glove to wear.
