The purpose of Corporate Warrior Academy is to help MEN BECOME BETTER MEN!!
Men will find that they are rocking it in one area of their lives but what about the other areas? We as men must live up to a standard and code which is to be the best we can be in our Fitness and Health, in our Identity and know our purpose in life, in our Relationships because these matter and in our ability to Earn enough to provide for ourselves, families and our life styles.
Fitness & Health
We must be fit and healthy to be able to complete everything that we are responsible for. We must do the work to be able to work and provide. Without our fitness and health we are sluggish and slow to respond. We cannot fight and protect what is ours. We are not able to think and respond with clear crisp decisions. We are not able to perform in all other areas of our lives that is why this is the first on our list. If we are fitter and healthier we can accomplish so much more in our lives.
Identity
We must know who we are and what we stand for. If we cannot connect with ourselves and be ruthlessly raw and real with ourselves then we cannot be real and raw with others. We must dig deep inside ourselves to know who we really are and what we want for ourselves. We must connect with our God and know and love him. We must connect with ourselves and know what we are and what we want to be come. We must be the best version of ourselves and without knowing who you are you cannot be the best version of you. What dark secrets are in your closet? Let them out and release those demons. Be YOU for YOUR sake. Love everything about you. Love your fitness, your body, your spirit, your mind your everything. Know and love your light and dark warrior. Let your light warrior out when you need him and let your dark warrior out when you need him. They both love and appreciate you and you must love and appreciate them.
Relationships
Wife:
Who would you be without your relationships? Honor your wife treat her as you did when you were dating. Treat her like the goddess that she is. Love her unconditionally. Take her on weekly dates no matter what. Buy her flowers or something that shows her you appreciate her. Tell her EVERYDAY that you love her and appreciate her for what she does for you. What if you don't have a good relationship with her today. Who gives a f #* # love her with your entire being and she will love you back a hundred fold. Invest in her everyday brothers and she will love you back. I promise you this that if you invest in her every day she will love you. I know this because I had to do this. Liz and I were not in a good spot and I'll be honest it was because I was an as***le to her. I did not treat her well. I decided one day that no matter how she treated me I would invest and over time things changed. Now it wasn't easy and it didn't happen overnight. It took months for me to master the investment routine and it took her months to realize I was being real with her and these nice gestures were not temporary but long-term and I meant it. Over time she started investing in me and today we have an EPIC relationship because I started and lead the way which a MAN is supposed to do. I love investing in her because I see how happy it makes her.
Children:
We must love our children unconditionally and show them on a daily, weekly and monthly basis by investing in them. Love your children brothers and they in return will love and respect you. Be real with them when things are going good and when things are not going so good. Take your daughters on dates and teach them how a man should treat a women when on a date. Take your sons on dates and teach them how to be a man and how it is okay to say I LOVE YOU. Some men have a hard time telling their boys that they love them because it is not the manly thing to do. I say screw that and that is the stupidest thing for a man to think. Love your sons and tell them just like you should tell your daughters. Invest in your children as early as you possibly can because if you wait for them to grow up you will be too late brothers. Do it today, tomorrow and every day thereafter. Do it because you want to teach them and because you love them
Earning Power
We as men must make ourselves as marketable as possible. We must become masters in our fields. We must bring home the buffalo. We must do this for our family. How do we do this? It is simple. DO THE WORK!! You must invest in yourself and learn a trade, technology or something that brings value to the marketplace. Do your homework and know what it is that adds value to your organization and team. Be AUTHENTIC with everyone you come in contact with and that will install value in them about you. Do your very best and give credit to those who deserve it. Be a leader in all aspects of your job. Be an AWESOME follower when you need to follow. A great leader is also a great follower. Share your knowledge with others. Teaching others makes you more powerful and influencer of others. By being authentic gives you POWER. The power to choose and do the best that you possibly can do.
