🏡🐭 HOUSE MOUSE SERVICES LLC — THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PROJECTS 🐭🏡

I want to take a minute to recognize some of the people who have helped me build House Mouse Services LLC into what it is today.

I am incredibly grateful for the support I've received while figuring out what I want to do with my business and where I'm headed next.

There are a few contractors in particular who have put up with SO MUCH nonsense from me 😂 — and honestly, I wouldn't be where I am today without them.

These guys have represented House Mouse extremely well, especially when working with seniors and people with disabilities. With me stepping back to focus on school and move into the next chapter of my career, these are people I trust to step right into my place when needed.

They've mentored me after hours, helped me through transitions, introduced me to jobs I didn't even know existed, answered endless questions, and had patience with me when I didn't know which way was up. ❤️

They know how to take control of a project, communicate respectfully, and GET THE JOB DONE.

Are you a busy contractor or homeowner needing products found/ delivered? I got you! Give me a couple details and leave me to do my job.

House Mouse Services LLC offers personal assistance. I am familiar with quite a few trades, vendors and represent YOUR company when I am in the field. Picked up a side quest of getting a contractor's social media page back up to speed as well. I can compartmentalize businesses :) it's not about competition, it is about community.

Well thats a first for a lot of chaos... got called up to Coyle, WA for an airbnb turnover. When I got here, the septic alarm was going off so the septic guy came. While cleaning, a realtor and potential buyers showed up. I have seen a lot of collections but not radios. The house has surround sound. The coolest chess set ever and a very beautiful view!

House Mouse Services LLC - I am the ONLY person that answers my phone, returns calls, emails, texts, etc. All of my payment forms have a definite reflection of my business. I have had it happen quite a few times where someone poses as my company and makes arrangements to do something or gives a bid or whatever else. I am definitely a female and own my company so if anyone else is out there posing as someone representing me, they are completely fraudding you. Just got my butt chewed about an estimate we were supposedly dealing with, and when I tried to explain to the lady I had nothing to do with it , she got really mad at me. 99.999% of the time, my customers do not even know who the contractor is until the contract is signed and everybody on my team is very aware of what is going on. The first instance that a contractor tries to go behind my back, they're gone. None of my contravtors do estimates on my behalf unless there is a formal meeting between me, them and the client! I have one number I use for business, 360-554-8125 unless I am contacted first and call back with my personal number. Most of the contractor contact is with my phone while I am on site with them. I physically hand them the phone to deal with a situation.

I mean it's sort of a compliment that I''m well known enough that people are trying to use my reputation. But it seems to always come back to kick them in the butt or the customers just don't get the job done because something did not work out right... my true supporters know that no guy answers my phone so I guess I just should let natural selection take charge of what jobs are getting done by someone that is not me... i might be a space case but I definitely have my ducks in a row when I have to deal with these situations..

House Mouse Services LLC is NOT taking routine cleaning clients until January as of now. We are still offering housekeeping on a VERY flexible schedule as I am in school until January, perfect for the retirees who wake up early!

All of my normal services are still available but most consultations/ junk removal will be mornings until noon or weekends unless you're a night owl and I can come after school around 8 pm.

This ONLY applies to ME personally. All my contractors are available for their normal schedules. I will be less hands on until January but my contractors are absolutely amazing and understand how important this community is to me and represent me very well. I always have a lead contractor on speed dial for emergencies and whatnot.

My current customers are not affected as we already have morning shifts.

Headed to a Facitilies Maintainance program then trying to jump right into getting my CDL Class A, all training to better my services in this community!
