WE’RE HIRING — EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Earthstone Companies is looking to add an experienced equipment operator to our team.

Pay: $25–$35/hour, depending on experience.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience operating excavators and skid loaders
• Is dependable and shows up ready to work
• Takes pride in their work
• Can work safely and efficiently
• Works well with a crew

Experience with excavation, grading, site work, and retaining walls is a plus.

Full-time position with plenty of hours available.

This retaining wall was failing because it wasn’t built properly the first time. Poor layout, improper base work, and bad fitment made the wall look rough and caused long-term issues.

We tore it out and rebuilt the entire boulder wall the right way — proper base preparation, correct placement of the boulders, and a clean finished look built to last.

Requirements:
• Experience building boulder retaining walls
• Ability to read grades and work efficiently
• Reliable and hardworking
• Equipment operating experience
• CDL preferred, but not required

Pay: $25–$40/hr depending on experience
